Witness Video Tapes Taser Incident
"A witness recently released a video of the Jan. 29 incident where an Elk Grove police officer used a Taser gun to stun a 57-year-old man during a struggle.
In the incident, suspect Robert Crawford was arrested for allegedly resisting police while his 20-year-old son, Ivan was arrested for warrant charges."
